mscp-1.4.tar.gz contains the source code.
You'll have to compile it yourself for your own system though.

mscp.zip contains a compiled exe file for Windows which runs under
Winboard. Courtesy to nematocyst@FICS for providing this long-awaited
binary and being so kind to allow me to host it:
